Xtar provides various services such as Image Posting, VideoPosting, and other interactive features to our users. This is our Privacy Policy, whichexplains our information practices. By accessing, using, or installing Xtar or any of its features, you have read andaccepted the terms of this Policy. You have also accepted Xtar's "Terms andConditions," "Content Policy," "Community Guidelines," and other terms available on ourwebsite and application. Please ensure to read and understand these documents beforeusing Xtar. By using Xtar, you are entering into a binding contract with us, whichincludes this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, the Content Policy, and other relevantterms. If you do not agree with or accept the above, please do not use, install, or accessXtar or any of its features. This Policy is applicable to the information provided by users while using Xtar and not tothe information made available to Xtar from other sources. If Xtar obtains informationpertaining to you from websites, applications, landing pages, third parties, etc.,accessed by it’s users through Xtar or otherwise, such information will be subject to theprivacy and other policies and terms of the respective websites, applications, landingpages, etc. This Policy shall not apply to websites, applications, landing pages, or anythird-party services accessed by you through Xtar, even if advertised on Xtar. You warrant and represent that any registration information and other information thatyou submit or provide to Xtar is accurate, complete, true, and you agree to keep itup-to-date at all times.

We collect the following information at Xtar:

Information collected with a prompt: 1. To use Xtar, we may ask you to authenticate your account using your email address,name, and other necessary information. We will also request additional information,including age, gender, telephone number, your content/category preferences, location,areas of interest, language, region preferences, etc.

We request location information and regional preferences to provide you with personalised content. Xtar may collect and store the current and past location of your . You have full control over whether to allow Xtar to collect thisinformation by changing your device settings. If Xtar is unable to access your locationinformation, it may become inaccessible or not function as intended.

Customer Support: You may provide us with information related to your use of Xtar,including copies of your messages/posts and how to contact you to offer customersupport. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to ourapplication performance or other issues.

Device Information: We may collect the below, with respect to any device through whichXtar is used or accessed without a prompt:

- Operating System Version
- Advertising Identifiers
- Device Make
- Display Features
- Network Provider/Wi-Fi or other ISP
- Battery level and usage
- Memory usage
- Other apps or services installed or used through the device
- Content Type and Non-Personal information related to ads
- Profile Information

Information related to your use of Xtar such as content preferences and consumption,interaction with other users, user activity, etc.

Xtar may access your device’s camera, microphone, photo and/or video and/or audiolibrary or gallery.

Xtar may also collect information provided by third parties who may disclose to Xtarpersonal or non-personal information collected by them. Xtar has no control over orresponsibility in respect of third-party information practices or information collectionmethods.

Xtar may also collect tracking information including cookies, DART, beacons, etc.

Location: Xtar may collect and store the current and past location of your device if youpermit. You have full control over whether to allow or not allow Xtar to collect thisinformation by making changes to your device’s settings. If Xtar is unable to accessyour location information, Xtar may become inaccessible or not function as intended.

Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performanceinformation. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use Xtar,how you interact with others using Xtar, etc.), log files, and diagnostics, crashinformation, website, and performance logs and reports, etc.

We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Data or information such as password relatedto other services, financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit cardor other payment instrument details, physical, physiological and mental health condition,sexual orientation, medical records and history, or biometric information.

We may use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve,understand, customise, support, and market Xtar.

- Our Services: We operate and provide Xtar, including providing customersupport, and improving, fixing, customising Xtar by using the said information.Understanding how users use Xtar, and analyse and use the information that wehave to evaluate and improve Xtar, research, develop, and test new services andfeatures, and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use your information torespond to you when you contact us. We may also use your information for (i)displaying content based on interest, location, offers, etc., (ii) displaying orproviding access to promotions, advertisements, offers, etc. which may be basedon your interests and also ad-targeting, ad-placement, and ad-measurement (iii)displaying location specific news and weather related information, (iv) improvingsearch results, content loading, performance, etc.

- Send you communications including by e-mail.

- Safety and Security: We also use your information to try and ensure safety andsecurity of our users and their information. We verify accounts and activity, andpromote safety and security on and off Xtar, such as by investigating suspiciousactivity or violations of our policies, terms, etc., and to try and ensure that Xtar isbeing used legally.

If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to dothat through the settings feature available on the Xtar platform. You can change yoursettings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage yourcontacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use our block feature to manage the users withwhom you communicate or who can communicate with you.

We may share your information in the following ways:

- With other Xtar users: your username, profile picture, content that you post orsend or share. You may also be able to control how your content is shared withother Xtar users by adjusting personal settings

- With our business partners, affiliates, investors: public information like yourname, username and profile pictures and any content posted by you (subject toyour personal settings)

- We may share information about you with third party service providers whoperform services on our behalf, including to measure and optimise theperformance of ads and deliver more relevant ads, including on third-partywebsites and apps

- We may share information about you, such as device and usage information, tohelp us and others prevent fraud

- We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to: (i) comply with any valid legal process, governmentalrequest, or applicable law, rule, or regulation, (ii) investigate, remedy, or enforcepotential violations of this Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the ContentPolicy

We take no responsibility for the security and safety of your information. However, wetake reasonable security measures to protect your information in accordance withindustry standards. This does not guarantee safety or security of your information asevents beyond our control can also occur.

All of our rights and obligations under this Policy, the Terms and Conditions and theContent Policy are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliates or any others, inconnection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation oflaw or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, anyothers successor entities, or new management, etc.

Yourcontinued use of Xtar confirms your acceptance of this Policy, as amended. If you donot agree with or accept this Policy, as amended, you must stop using Xtar. The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms and Content Policy, thePrivacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws ofSingapore.

At Xtar, we believe in transparency and your rights to control your data. If you aresubject to EU GDPR, the following additional rights are applicable to you:

We are not responsible for any content nor any consequences either directly orindirectly arising out of clicking on any third party link you may come across posted byother users. We may share your information with approved third parties in order toprovide our services through the Xtar App

We may transfer personal information to countries other than the country in which thedata was originally collected.

Collection, Use, Disclosure, Sharing, and Retention of Face Data:

- Collection of Face Data: Information to identify face & facial expressions.

- Usage of Face Data: To make the Xtar app work well for their users, we offertools that apply filters and video effects fitting the contours of the user's face, modifying the size and shape of facial features and following facial movements.

- Disclosure of Face Data: This data is used to create filters and video effects within the App. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected ever leaves the user’s device.

- Sharing of Face Data: We do not share this data with third parties.

- Retention of Face Data: We do not store any Facial Recognition Data. Also none of the information collected by Face Data ever leaves the user’s device. Howeverfew data like user registration data, video recorded by users and user’s profilephoto are stored on our servers.

Provide Account Details: In your email, please include the following information to help us identify and process your request:a. Your registered email address or username associated with the account.b. Any additional information that can assist us in locating your account, such as full name or account creation date.3. Data Deletion Scope: Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will delete the following types of data associated with your account:a. Personal Information: Any personally identifiable information (PII) provided during the registration process or through app usage.b. User-generated Content: Any content, such as posts, comments, or media files, created or uploaded by you within the app.4. Data Retention Period: We will retain your data for a specified period as required by applicable laws and regulations or as necessary for legitimate business purposes. After the data retention period, all remaining data will be securely deleted from our systems.5. Confirmation and Verification: To ensure the security and validity of your request, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding with the data deletion process. Our support team may reach out to you via email to facilitate this verification process.6.
