These terms govern your use of the Xtar website (xtar.io), operated by Xtar Foundation.
By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. About XtarXtar is a fantasy football game currently in pre-launch private beta. The website currently lets you join a waitlist and apply to our creator/partner programme. Features, content and availability may change, and access to the beta is not guaranteed.
2. Eligibilit. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and register your interest.
3. Sign-ups and applicationsJoining the waitlist or applying does not oblige us to provide access. We may accept, decline or prioritise applications at our discretion.
4. Acceptable useYou agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
5. Intellectual propertyAll content on this site (branding, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Xtar and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. No real-money playThe Xtar beta is free to play. Nothing on this site is an offer of gambling or real-money gaming.
7. DisclaimersThe site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
